Terms of Service

Last updated: 5/1/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VideoShop, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Service Scope

VideoShop is a commercial software service for live commerce, customer queueing, scheduling, video calls, notifications, billing, and related operational tooling. Subject to plan limits and payment status, you may use the service for your internal business operations.

3. Accounts, Security, and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining account security, controlling access to your workspace, and ensuring that your users comply with these Terms. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, abusive automation, infringing content, or regulated uses that require approvals the service does not provide.

4. Customer Data and Compliance

You remain responsible for the legality of the content, customer data, notices, and consents you collect through the service, including any obligations related to communications, privacy, consumer protection, or payments.

5. Plans, Trials, and Billing

Access to some features depends on the active subscription, trial, wallet balance, or enabled entitlements. Trials, plan limits, overage rules, and paid add-ons may change with notice as permitted by applicable law and your commercial agreement.

6. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with third-party providers such as cloud hosts, video providers, payment gateways, email providers, telephony services, and analytics tools. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their separate terms.

7. Availability and Support

Service availability targets, maintenance windows, and support response commitments depend on the applicable plan or separate commercial agreement. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the service is provided on an as-available basis.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal necessity, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding payment and data-retention obligations.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms should be updated to match the actual business entity, governing law, and dispute-resolution process of the live deployment before launch. For India-only launch, this section should be finalized with your business details and legal review.
