Widget Test Page

This page is a mock customer site for testing all widget paths from one place: live queue, scheduled booking, and callback request.

Testing against current environment
Widget key: (from URL)
Flow coverage: talk now, schedule, callback

1. Live queue

  • Open widget and choose Talk now.
  • Customer enters queue and waits for agent acceptance.
  • Use this to verify queue, accept, join, and live feedback.

2. Schedule

  • Open widget and choose Schedule.
  • Pick a day, choose an available slot, and submit.
  • Use this to verify slot fetch and booking creation.

3. Callback request

  • Open widget and choose Request callback.
  • Add preferred time or notes.
  • Use this to verify dashboard callback intake, push, and email/webhook fanout.

Use direct join only for queue smoke. Schedule and callback flows are tested inside the widget modal.
